The inner sphere
Your inner sphere – your spiritual health, awareness and growth.
The inner sphere of a conscious leader
Conscious leaders are aware of their inner energy. They recognise different types of energy, and they know how, consciously or subconsciously how to deal with it, how to read it, and how to process it.
The more skillful conscious leaders can transform the energy around them from a negative into a positive one.
Conscious leaders project high-vibrational energy and they are sensitive to lower, negative energies as they are a big contrast to them.
Powerful, conscious leaders connect using their positive energy and projecting it as a vision to others. They are able to impact others just by being present in the room. That is why conscious leadership or any type of leadership, including self – leadership is considered spiritual.
They influence people, impact their environment and change their reality due to the fact that they resonate with their surroundings and those around them so well. That kind of awareness is the key to knowing what and how to change.
Conscious leaders have a high level of integrity and their mind, body, and their energy are synchronised. They say what they think, and they do what they say.
The most advanced leaders show others how to cope with their energy and they empower others by making them aware of their energy and teaching them specific techniques to cope with that energy.
As a leader:
– you will synchronise your energy with your mind and your body
– you will become a lot more aware of yourself and you will understand your energy a lot better
– you will be able to read your energy correctly
– you will understand the rules of your inner energy
– you will be able to explore and identify the energy of others
– you will be able to create positive energy around you
– you will be able to transform the energy of others and change it into a positive one
– you will project the right energy onto your environment and others and impact them positively
– you will be able to influence the energy of others in a powerful way
– you will be able to synchronise your energy, body and mind and you will feel grounded
– you will inspire others to explore their own energy and to control and manage it properly
As a leader, it is incredibly important to control your feelings and emotions. Every experienced leader knows that when you allow your emotions and feelings to take over, to overcome you – you lose – every single time. Emotions are energy and when we see our reality through the lens of that emotion – our vision is severely distorted, and our decisions might be impacted by that distortion regardless of being positive or negative.
Conscious leaders understand and define their feelings and emotions correctly. They recognise them in others.
Self-aware leaders are able to manage and control their feelings. Some mastered creating their own emotional states.
To be in charge of your feelings you should also understand the most common coping mechanisms (which are mostly unhelpful) most people use to deal with their emotions and feelings.
Emotions have specific functions, and any highly self-aware individual should understand them. They are road signs, guiding energies, they make us grow or shrink, they make us hurt, or they make us heal. Emotional mastery is knowing how to read your emotions and how to process them correctly.
