The inner resources and superpowers
The inner resources and superpower – access and usage
In today`s world as we face so many different challenges there is a sense of lack of solutions, we do not seem to get the answers we want, most people are not nearly as creative and productive as they could be. There is growing awareness of the enormous amounts of unexplored, undiscovered human potential, especially on the group level. I am convinced that it is also true on a community, national and global level.
The leaders realise now that there is a need for more resources, more power, more inspiration to tackle climate change, the size of the population so they can serve as many people as possible, the currently ongoing pandemic. I strongly believe that we also experience a “mindemic” on a global scale. It`s becoming more and more transparent. By mindemic I mean our inability to use our mind to create a better reality for all of us, dysfunctionalities and strong limits in utilising our cognition to generate better results.
One of the greatest misconceptions of our mind is that we are born without anything, which could not be further from the truth. We come here with a mission, and these vary from person to person and there are many destinies to choose from. We recognise that and often honour that mission.
However, not many people realise that they also have a set of resources to choose from and to use and also skills they have, readily available to deploy to face any challenge.
Most leaders use the majority of those resources and superpowers already, but they use them inconsistently and unconsciously. That can cause the mismatch of these skills and resources with a given situation and also the belief that we cannot do much about the situation which may be true but only in a handful of cases.
What is absolutely wonderful about these resources and superpowers is that once you are aware of them, you become confident about the ability to tackle any issue, even the biggest one – depending on the size of the company and the scale of your responsibilities. They create a sense of security, safety and certainty so much needed in the time of crisis.
What is obvious here is that the very awareness and access to those inner powers and supplies increase the capacity to cope with challenges enormously on almost every level: physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual and financial.
The aforementioned resources and superpowers, when used correctly, increase or can even maximise the probability of success.
As a leader…

– you`ll be able to get answers to all your questions
– you`ll find solutions to your problems
– you`ll become more resourceful and creative
– you will become a much better problem solver
– you will have access to multiple solutions
– you will see situations from a different perspective
– you`ll be able to create a lot more certainty around your vision, environment and the future
– you`ll increase your own productivity and the productivity of your team
– the resources and superpowers will reduce your stress and prevent any overwhelm; they will help you cope with more, they will increase your capacity to deal with more
– you will be able to match those resources and superpowers with the task at hand
– you will be able to determine individuals who are good at using particular resources and powers and match them with the best position for executing task
